Shipping Policy

All items listed as "in stock" are ready to ship from our local Distribution Center located in Centurion. If your order is placed and payment has cleared before 11:00 am. Mondays to Fridays and includes no pre-order items, your order will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed thereafter are shipped the following business day.

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date (as displayed below the "Pre-Order" or "Add to Cart" button) and we aim to ship out no later than that. However, should there be a delay beyond our control we will let you know. If your order includes both pre-order and in stock items, your order will be shipped as soon as all products are ready to dispatch.

We use Uafrica as our local courier partners (The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing and CourierIt).

Main Centers (within Gauteng): 1 - 2 working days
Main Centers (outside Gauteng) 2 - 3 working days
Outlying Areas: 2 - 5 working days or more depending on the agent that services the area

OVERNIGHT / NEXT DAY DELIVERY - R299.00 for all orders:
Mondays to Fridays (no weekend delivery) - during business hours
NOTE: This shipping option is only available as next day service for Main Centers.
Regional area delivery will still take 2-5 business days depending on location.
Main Centers (within Gauteng): 1 working day
Main Centers (outside Gauteng) 1 working day

Kindly understand that once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner any delivery delays (due to accidents or airline cut off times, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control. However, we will always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow up on your parcel at any point in time. Please note that the tracking of your parcel is solely your responsibility.

Can I collect my parcel?

Sure! If you happen to be in Centurion please feel free to collect your parcel at our Distribution Center (DC). You can find the address on our homepage in the main menu, bottom left. Please contact us to make an appointment to collect as we are not an open store for walk-ins. Please note that we do not have payment or cash facilities at our DC and you cannot browse any stock. All orders need to be placed in the Gellyfit South Africa online store and be paid for in full before you can come collect your parcel.



Can I send my own courier?

Absolutely - and we can provide you with the dimensions and weight of your parcel so you can get a quote from your courier. Our courier partners treat us as a main center and we have negotiated very good rates with them, so it is most likely that your rate will not be cheaper than ours.




International Delivery:

International orders are solely shipped via Express Courier. We do not use regular post office shipping. Our international courier partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS, CourierIT and Aramex. Which courier company your order is shipped with is determined at our discretion.


How long does delivery take?

Transit times depend on the shipping destination and are generally between 3-7 business day. Please note that your country's customs office may hold the parcel for an undeterminable time until all customs papers have been sorted and all charges, if any have been paid.

Tracking of your parcel is your own responsibility.

Can I send my own courier?

Yes, you are more than welcome to send your own courier to come collect from us. We will gladly provide you with the weight and dimensions of your parcel.



Customs, Duties & Processing Fees:

Please note that you as the buyer are solely responsible for any customs, duties and other levies charged by your country. In addition, most couriers charge a processing fee to act as clearing agent on your behalf. We have no control over the mentioned fees and cannot estimate these beforehand. Please contact your local customs office for more details. Refusal to pay customs charges and returning your parcel to us will mean that you will be liable for shipping costs and any other charges incurred and will only be refunded for product cost less these charges and PayGate transaction fees (if used as payment method).

Please note that we do not change order totals for customs. Some countries (including Mozambique) charge customs not only on the subtotal of your order, but include the shipping charges and charge on the order total.
